Solar Energy for YOU!

Would you like to lower your energy bills without solar panels on your roof? Learn to read your energy bill so you can spot unfair charges? Did you know that energy is available to both renters and owners? These, and other questions will be answered with printed information you can take home.

Stationery Café

Join us every Thursday afternoon in the summertime at our stationery station in the YA Room! BYO stationery or borrow some of the library supplies as we work on scrapbooking, letters, card-making, and other paper crafts. Suggested for age 14+

AI Meets Lego: Build Code and Innovate

Parlin Meeting Room Saturday, September 12th from 2:30 - 3:30. Learn how to build robots, program them, and bring them to life! Students will explore basic robotics and coding while making their robots move, respond, and perform different tasks. A fun, creative way to learn building, engineering, and programming through play! Recommended for children ages 5 and up. Registration required.

STEAM - Spirals, Circuits and Lights

Combine art, science, and electronics to create beautiful spiral graph designs and light-up cards. Students will learn the basics of paper circuits, connecting copper tape and LED lights to bring their artwork to life! Recommended for children ages 5 and up. Registration required.
